Job Description

  • Answer phones calls from clients and also respond to mails received from concerned member.
  • Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers.
  • Co-ordination with the dealers and customers for proper supply of the requirement of products.
  • Arranging Dispatch for Material as per Customer requirement.
  • Making of Quotation, Challans, Bills and handling the day to day administrative work as per requirements.
  • Billing as per Dispatch of Materials.
  • Follows up for outstanding payment recovering from customers.
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Must have good Typing speed.

  • Experience 6 mths - 2 yrs.
