Profile                   :HR Executive +Generalist (Female candidates Only)
Experience           :2+years
Salary budget      :Up to 3.60 LPA
working days       :Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Location               :Noida sector 58

• Responsible for managing the entire HR activities. JD preparation for employees
• Responsible to take care of end-to-end recruitment process
  
• Responsible for day to day employee interaction, discipline, grievance resolution process Email drafting should be excellent
  
• Responsible for taking care of entire joining formalities and exit formalities, identifying the attrition rate & retention processes.
  
• Responsible for Review and update HR manual. Full fill Short term and long term requirements as arises.
  
• Responsible for Conducting performance evaluation process
  
• Responsible for Leave and attendance management
  
• Responsible for maintaining employee files.
  
• Responsible for employee engagement activities and employee motivation.
  
• Candidates should have IT Company Experience.
• Should have excellent. written and verbal communication Interviewing Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and should have good hands on excel strong decision-making skills
