Job Description

Urgent hiring in TOP Bank, ON-ROLL job.

You will be working as a Relationship officer in a Bank. The primary role would be, acquisition of customers for CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) from the local market, and cross selling banking & third party financial products, to them. It will be a 2 Years Fixed Term Contract on the payroll of the Bank (Contract renewed based on performance).

Eligibility:-Graduate of less than 30 years of age, with 0 5 years of work experience.

CTC:-Salary Range: Graduates - INR 2.20to 3.00 Lakhs p.a ; Post Graduates - INR 2.50 to 3.68 Lakhs p.a + monthly performance incentives & other benefits.

Interview timing:- 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM

To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan.
Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Skills Required :-

Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource
Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be hard working.

Locations:-New Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida and all U.P/Haryana/U.K.
