  JD for Business Development Executive ( ONLY FEMALES)
Primary Skills Required:
Candidate should have strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email,
telephone, and presentation skills in English, Hindi, Marathi (desirable).
Strong selling skills - Client cold calling, lead generation, Negotiating, Closing.
Sales experience in Enterprise Sales and business development from Telecom/ Banking /
Insurance industry - preferred but not a deterrent.
Meeting Customers demonstrating capabilities will be the primary focus.
Candidate must be dynamic and should be with a go getter attitude and open to work under
pressure.

Secondary Skills Required:
Attention to detail, self-driven and a very hands-on attitude.
Proven track record of successful Hunting and acquiring new customers are a must.
To nurture & develop a relationship with the client and drive fresh revenue from the prospective
potential clients.
Achievement of assigned Sales & Revenue Targets.
Job Description:
Prospecting and acquiring customers for portfolio of products of the company by
writing Sales proposals to customers and delivering presentations.
Experience in sales of business software / IT solutions with a proven track record in business
application software sales.
Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced,
consultative and competitive market.
Meeting and exceeding Sales target for the team and individually while adhering to the
company's guidelines.
Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to
meet those needs with the company's products.
Customer management to create interest in products and services and generate new business
and arrange meetings.
Identifying opportunities for fresh sales and new areas for development through detailed market
research and prospecting.
Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including
accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.

organizations current market share and market opportunity for the company.
Must be a tech savvy, know & understand various telecom products.

Education:
MBA degree would be preferred.

Experience:
Self-Driven, Client-facing experience is must.
Total Experience 3-6 years.
