Job Description:

Lead and connect with potential business opportunities and hold responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
Responsible for developing sales through direct/Dealer/Channel Partner.
Cold calling to generate and qualify new leads
End to end account handling to complete business cycle.
Ensure to achieve appropriate gross margin and promote product mix.
Responsible for account receivables with the time defined.
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
Conduct workshops/demos to educate clients on our products and technologies.
Analyse the products resourcefulness at client place and track their feedback at regular time intervals.
Review customer feedback for continuous improvements.
Building and managing cordial relationship with all clients.

Required Candidate profile

Required Candidate Profile

Be open to travel for at least 50% of your time.
2-5 yrs of experience in sales & business development in Bangalore/ Pune/Hyderabad, preferably in selling technologies where hardware and system-level solution expertise is required.
Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
A go-getter and should have ability to work independently, able to built network and generate business.
Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organisation.
Creative, passionate about being a part of early stage company and eager to grow with the company.
Candidates from tech based startups will have added advantage.
Should have experience selling in the areas of RFID based access control solutions, Biometric based attendance solutions, Network Security or home automation solutions.
Experience in sales of subscription based SaaS software solutions is a plus

Required Skill Set 

(In case of IT requirements) Knowledge of Fresh Sales or similar sales software

Relevant Industry Automation, Security, Access Control

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
