Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer / Staff Engineer Scrum MasterDuration: Full-time
Location: Gurugram, India

- Regularly monitor and control the metrics to meet project/product goals. (E.g. sprint/ release burndown, velocity, defects, etc.)
- Ensure implementation of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions in accordance with coding guidelines and on time with high quality.
- Carry out project management techniques using tools Project management tools and techniques.(E.g. Excel, JIRA, WBS, Estimation techniques, RCA tools, Confluence, Git, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project, MS Visio/Draw.IO, etc.)
- Ensure that sprint deliverables are adhering to the Quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and control project risks by means of prevention, mitigation, and contingencies.
- Stakeholder management. Should have exposure in working with stakeholders (Business, Leadership, PO) across different geographies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Adapt to a changing environment
- Able to work with the team to resolve dependencies/ ambiguous situations.
- Educational Qualification of BE in computer engineering/ Master will be good to have.
- 6 10 years of work experience out of which at least 3 years should be of a scrum master
- Strong experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Well-versed with agile approaches like Scrum, Scrum at Scale, Scaled Agile, XP, Kanban.
- Well versed and have proven experience in running scrum ceremonies like Daily stand up, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, and sprint planning
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of software engineering lifecycle and PLM processes.
- Experience in the Medical device industry is an added advantage
- Leveraging tools and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Python, containerized applications is desirable
- Will require strong situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, radiating information, and increasing transparency
