Job Skills:

• Hadoop / Big Data, OS Linux, Windows

• Must Have: Hadoop Admin experience

• Good to Have: Python / Scripting, MongoDB, PostgreSQL experience,DB2Others

• Good communication, International Customer Support

• Experience 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in L1 technical customer support, with a strong customer interaction experience

• 3+ years of experience on Big Data Hadoop Platforms - Preferably as Administrator

• Familiarity with the Data Management life cycle and how different component of Hadoop ecosystem are utilized and work together

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills

• HDPCA and CCA certification are preferred but not mandatory

• This role will require working a shifted work week, weekends and some public holidays as the candidate will be part of a worldwide support hub that provide 24x7 support 365 days a year
