Qualification: B. Sc Graduate or Post graduate

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ yrs

Essential Skill:

• Handle Marketing of Packaging Products
• Assist top Management in developing of Marketing plans and strategies
• Identify the market potential and develop new clients
• Generate new Business Opportunities
• Implement Business plan to meet sales target
• Manage team of Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and Collection target.
• Meet customer, generate inquiry, participate in both technical & commercial negotiations & ultimately finalize the order
• Maintain relationship with customer
• Train and motivate the Sales executive team to achieve the sales target
• Any other work assign by HOD

Technical Skill:

• Should have a good computer knowledge Eg. Tally, Microsoft excel, word etc.
• Preparing daily MIS report
• Behavioral Skill:
• Good marketing skills
• Positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to deal with people diplomatically
• Posse's excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Willing to travel
• Ability to work under pressure and extended time period
