Position Sr. Manager/Manager - Accounts
Job location Mahape HO- Navi Mumbai
Exp 8-9 years
CTC 7-10 lacs
Qualification Commerce Graduate + Any qualified finance degree like MBA, CA, CWA etc.
Male Candidates only. Travelling to plants will be required frequently. Need someone strong in administrative skills.

Supervision & Management of Accounting at Plants :
1) Inventory Accounting - The inventory is being accounted correctly in ERP, there are no major difference between physical and reported inventory quantity and amounts
2) To reconcile the Fixed Assets as per books of accounts and Actually available.
3) The Intercompany transactions are being reported correctly and on time.
4) The accounting at plants is accurate and on time and Ensure that all costs are booked on time in the month in which incurred, process for monthly provisions to be done correctly.
5) The Statutory compliances like GST & TDS are being complied with fully at plants and there are no Non Compliances.
6) To reduce the prior period entries related to last financial year to be booked in ERP in current financial year so that we don't lost the claim of Income Tax deduction on those expenses.
7) To drive to the extent possible the atomization projects in ERP in order to improve productivity of team and accuracy of transactions.
8) Preparation and implementation of SOP for finance activities at plant.
- Knowledge of ERP in a manufacturing company , comparable to our size.
- Should have experience in plant accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, etc.
Team Management of Plants Accounts team and Process Improvement.
