Desired Candidate Profile

Designation : Associate Software Engineer

There will be a probation period of 6 months , during this period you will be paid a salary of Rs. 12000/- per month

After completion of probation, the salary will be Rs. 15000/- per month

Pay hike will be provided every 6 months, depends up on the performance

The job timings during the probation are from 8 AM to 7 PM

The candidate should sign up with a Service Agreement for up to 2 years

The candidate should pay a security deposit of Rs. 1.2 lacs, refundable after two years , on the name of Kuncham Software Solutions Pvt Ltd on or before the joining date. The same will be LEGALLY DOCUMENTED on a bond and handed over to you

If the candidate breaks the service agreement, the security deposit will not be refundable

Required Candidate profile

Good knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, JavaScript(Angular is an added advantage)
Good knowledge on UI UX design principles
Good understanding of front end optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design
Ability to handle UI & Design issues with little/no assistance
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, converting images to icons or perform small adjustments on an image
Knowledge of open source tools and utilities
Ability to understand project requirements
