We are hiring for multiple positions in CAE domain details are as followed:
Requirement 1:
Crash: Experience- 3-7 years in Automotive Industry.
Brief Work Content
Key Performance Indicators
1. CAE based proposal development, testing witness etc.
2.To work for CAE based certification by interacting with design team , certification team and ARAI team,
3.Performing CAE correlation for post test scenarios and CAE based proposal development for targeted requirements.
4. On time completion of CAE deliverables for assigned projects.
5. Fe-Model preparation, performing analysis and CAE based development to achieve defined targets.
6. CAE report preparation with clear output considering concepts/proposals.
Soft Skills LS-Dyna, Hypermesh, ANSA, Hyperview, Ls-prepost, Primer/D3plot.
Work on automotive projects.
Requirement 2:
Durability: - 3-7 years in Automotive Industry.
Brief Work Content
1. Full vehicle structural analysis ( Static , Transient , FRF & Fatigue )
2. Component level analysis (Suspension and Chassis mounted brackets)
3. ( Static , Transient , FRF & Fatigue )
4. RLDA Simulation
5. BIW, Closure analysis ( Liner ,Nonliner & Fatigue)
6. Engine Components Structural & Thermal Analysis
7. Full vehicle and component level fatigue analysis
8. Vehicle Weight optimization
9. Powertrain strength analysis
Key Performance Indicators
1. Good experience in Static, Non-linear analysis, Transient analysis
2. Good experience in CAE and Testing correlation
3. Ability to work with Design team to provide design modifications
4. Good exposure to vehicle Weight optimization and Cost reduction
5. Ability to work in multiple projects
6. Good in presentation skill and report preparation
7. Good exposure in Automotive industry
Requirement 3: Kinematics and Compliances (K&C)
MBD: Experience-5 to 7 years in Automotive Industry.
1.CAE Software skills:
MSC ADAMS Car/View/Insight (Mandatory)
Motionview/Motionsolve (Optional)
Matlab/Simulink (Optional)
2. Programming languages:
C,C++ (Mandatory)
Python (Optional)
Key Performance Indicators
1. Strong understanding of Vehicle Dynamics
2. Good modeling and simulation experience in Multi Body Dynamics
3. Highly skilled in building models for sub-systems and full vehicle from scratch
4. Strong ability to integrate with product design and provide design solutions
5. Skilled in simulation driven product development
6. Excellent understanding of tuning components to achieve Ride and Handling targets
7. Extensive experience in different kinds of suspensions systems, steering systems
8. Excellent ability to perform engine mount vibration analysis
9. Skilled in performing DOE and reducing simulation lead time
10. Strong ability to extract loads for RLDA and correlate with physical test data
11. Excellent ability to communicate and present results effectively
12. Good ability to handle multiple projects
13. Strong ability to embrace the work under pressure so as to meet the project timelines
14. Good exposure to global automotive trends and best practices

*Good in engineering fundamentals
#Roles-
*Hands on experience in finite element analysis of automotive seating system, sub-systems, component using #Altair-Hyperworks as pre-processor, #LSDYNA, MSC-#NASTRAN as solvers
*Experience in #LSDYANA is must.
*Experience in Automotive #seating system is must.
*Knowledge of #Visual Crash Dyna (ESI) & Oasys Primer would be added advantage.
*Well experienced in #2D/3D Meshing & Modeling, #Modal Analysis, #Non-linear static and Dynamic Crashworthiness analysis using various solving interfaces
*Basic knowledge of #TS 16949 / ISO 14001 / EMS
Requirement 5:
We have requirement of ABAQUS Engineers ;Please find below the details for your ready reference.
- Analysis experience 3 to 7 years Abaqus analysis experience
- Experience with contact and material non-linearity
- Denting analysis experience will be added advantage but is not must
- Preprocessor HM or ANSA (ANSA is preferred)
- Domain - Body / Trim.
