Roles and Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.
2. Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
3. Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.
4. Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.
5. To explore newer geographical area new markets for customer target for hospital.
6. To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
7. Report daily work, events, campaigns as per defined template
8. Assist the Marketing Manager on various community related programs viz.,
a) Health talks and community education programs
b) Health camps: client contact programs
c) CME/ RTM programs, wellness programs
d) Special events
9. Assist the Marketing Manager in Developing an annual marketing plan and budget for the hospital
10. Monitor the business of competitors in the market. Provide to the Marketing Manager about overall market conditions as requested.
11. Support in all marketing purposes to the Head Marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B. Pharm. / B.Sc. + M.B.A./M.M.S in Marketing
