Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deployment of procurement strategies for Pharmaceutical products along with unit procurement teams to drive cost and supply KPIs
  • Develop robust procurement operations and control framework
  • Establish procurement SOPs, Compliance and governance model at units
  • Central negotiations with pharmaceutical companies
  • Drive key margin improvement and working capital initiatives at units
  • Develop engagement model with unit leadership team for successful deployment of procurement strategies
  • Deploy supplier relationship management processes at unit level
  • To monitor competitive landscape and analyse upcoming opportunities
  • To closely work with Tech teams to develop analytical tools for procurement optimisation
