Shift : Rotational (Night shift)

Handling provider claims with insurance representative to check claim status and denial.

Job Description:
1. Voice process (Inbound Process)
2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues.
3. Reply to customers and address their concerns.

Eligibility Criteria :

1.Descent English communication.
2. HSC Fresher and graduate Fresher.
3. Willing to work in Voice customer service process.
4. HSC Freshers can also apply (No regular college students)
