• Understanding of Business Processes
• Developing effective relationships with the business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) eliciting requirements, analysing and presenting relevant information to ensure that key stakeholders have a common expectation of the quality, scope, cost and benefits of the preferred solution.
• Experience in converting user stories to functional requirements i.e., preparation of Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirements
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Manage functional qualification stage
• Identification and implementation of industry best practices (processes, tools, technology) to drive high-quality results throughout business analysis activities
• Identify areas of risk and communicate to stakeholders; act as an escalation point for day-to-day tasks and project issues
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to various stakeholders
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing and involve in software testing phase
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
