Works Manager (Toolroom type Machine shop) @ MS Staffing

Responsibilities and Duties :
Plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and materials required to meet production.
Communication about production plans with sales, dispatch & plant teams.
Follow up with the production team to check the status of the work.
Optimizing changeover, lead time hereby improving efficiency.
Constantly monitor inventory, production stock, level & control.
Develops and maintains reports relating to process, product, and operations on-time performance
Perform a physical count of Raw material, work in progress, and finished goods and solve inventory variances.
Constantly check for Raw Material level in order to avoid stock out.
Monitoring equipment and ensuring that they are in good working order
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information, and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR, and other delivery
Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
Prepare budgets using various forecasting models
Communicate with employees about performance expectations
Ensure smooth daily operations

Adhere to the company's rules and regulations
Stay up to date with the latest production trends, best practices, and technology
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in managing Production in manufacturing company/All Type of Metal is a must
Exposure of handling multi-location, multi-product production lines
Proficiency in Excel is a must
Strong communication, ability to handle stress
Manpower management, manpower planning

Salary Depend on Interview. Industry Manufacturing / Production 12 to 15Years experience
Qualification Diploma, BE Mechanical, Other Bachelor Degree,
