Job Description
Primary Skills1) ServicenowTechnologies (Java Scripting, XML, Apache Jelly, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.), Web services (SOAP and RESTful), and Web communication protocols.
2) Proficient with rapid development methodology (Agile/Scrum)
3) Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment.
4) Excellent Skill on IPC, ITBM, Chat Bot, Mobile App, Flow Designers and CSDM frame work.
5) Should have good knowledge on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, Event Managemet, CSM, PA, Integrations
6) should have excellent knowledge on Cloud management (Azure & AWS)
7) Good understanding on Orchaestration
8) Knowledged in Operational Intelligence
9) Hands on experience on Soap/Rest Webservices with third party tools
10) Knowledge on Vulnerability management and Monitoring tools
11) Good understanding knowledge on ITSM modules
12) Should have hands on experience on end to end scripting.

Detailed Job Description
1) Participate in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements of Autodesk's Service-now instances. 2) Document system and application architectures and maintain the Service-Now platform for Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). 3) Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance Service-now application software utilizing Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, Apache Jelly and other protocols to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes. 4) Collaboratively work with Agile/Scrum teams to develop and implement designed solutions to fulfill business requirements and test, analyze, collaborate and assist with translating those business requirements into technical requirements to ensure a smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications, modules or integrations of new services with other platforms. 5) Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems. 6) Write and maintain the application software code that conforms to best practices for collaborative design and implementation. 7) Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project. 8) Manager - a. Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project. a. Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements. b. Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom. 10) development and systems integration requirements a. Participate in internal projects as required. b. Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available. 11) training 12) Primary contact for working with Vendors and providing direction to the ServiceNow Administrators and Developers13) Develop and manage the application roadmap for enhancements and development 14) Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email15) Provides detailed technical architecture analysis, design and direction on development activities 16) Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira, etc17) Build out and standardize our code management procedures related to our ServiceNow implementation 18) Provide ServiceNow data, reporting, and analytics in support of business operations and metrics
