Trainee Software Engineer- Java @ Sapieo

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

Analysis, development, deployment of client websites using standardized processes and development guidelines.
Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications and rewrite application whenever required.
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Debug, troubleshoot and fix large scale website, enterprise class applications.
Research and learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study.
Play a direct role in maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of company-used technologies and code.
Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications
Communicate clearly and work closely with Managers, Technical Leads & other engineers to refine solutions and to describe changes that may affect others. Essential Education, Skills and Environment

Bachelor's Engineering degree required, with a full time MCA (Optional) Or Bachelors degree required with full time MCA (Mandatory).
Exposure to concept of Data Structure & OOPS is a must.
Knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java (JSP & Servlets)
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular Js etc.
Understanding of RDBMS/NoSQL Databases and other web Technologies.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life cycle like Agile/Waterfall .
Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment
Excellent troubleshooting & Debugging skills
Possesses excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
Good communication and listening skill
Extremely enthusiastic, motivated and should have a zeal in working and contributing towards the organization.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines
Good to have experience in React, Node.js, Angular Js
Should be compatible to work under contract of 2 years after completing the Training period i.e. altogether 2.6 years.
