Prepared Hot food like Main Course Cajun chicken with mix Veg , Thai Green curry, Read thai curry, Periperi chicken, Stuffed Chicken, Sicilian risotto Rice, White Onion risotto, Fish & Chips & basic Sauce to go with hot food.
Christmas & New Year Menus, valentines Special.
Putting of new dishes on the menu indenting the items &checking the products as per requirements.
Performed all tasks as assigned by the Head chef.
Worked in Italian Restaurant (Cucinainternational) in hot section Making Pasta, pizza, Sauces & making salad, Subwiches, bruschetta.
Assisted chef with new menu Preparation.
Worked with chef on Costs & Assisted him in Ordering &indenting.
Responsible for the larder &pastry sections.
Prepared salads, Soup, pasta ,pizza, dessert, mocktail, etc.
Cook hot food like sauces, boil pasta, rice, vegetable,etc.
