The selected person will be responsible for

Managing client relationship and resource queries for resources deployed with single / multiple accounts.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the account on an end - end basis with seamless liasoning with the client team and, client resources.
The candidates need to be proactive enough to understand the existing opportunities within an account
The candidates need to be proactive in terms of communicating with the resources
Tracking of attrition/backfill and Additional opportunity in the account.
Candidate has to be smart in appearance and fluent in communication skills
The candidate should be open to travel across India
Qualification : Minimum Graduate of MBA (HR)
Experience : 3-5 Yrs (Preferred from HR Consultancy / Staffing Business)
