Job Description
Handling day-to-day operations for the company.
Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and compile itineraries as
per their requirements.
Managing logistics with the suppliers.
Contracting and Negotiating with our partners and vendors.
Identifying and evaluating new vendors and partners
Supporting our social media initiatives.
Generating Leads
Conducting Projects/Programs on the ground in direct consultation with the
Leadership.
Managing events/group as a Tour Manager
What is required
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in in Hospitality or Communications
Experience of 3-5 years in the Travel and Hospitality Industry. An individual who has
experience with Travel/Event Management company/Hotel Banquet team, with
sound knowledge of domestic and international destinations, resorts, and hotels.
Strong command of English and excellent Coordination Skills to effectively
communicate between all relevant stakeholders (clients, partners, and the
management team).
Experience in Client management, Operations, and handling groups
Strong Focus and Commitment to the Travel and Hospitality Industry and acts as a
catalyst for positive change.
A drive to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
An organized individual who can align with the start-up culture and resolve potential
problems proactively.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel) and Digital Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.).
Flexible to work across time zones (India, Europe & the Middle East) and works in
line with projects demand.
Willingness to travel.
