Job Description

1. Strong technical capability
2. Hands on experience in Mainframe, Cobol and related technologies.
3. Experience in technical discussions related to the project/product.
4. Strong exposure on leading the large enterprise grade components with knowledge on transition
5. Proven track record with outstanding program management, organization and interpersonal skills
6. 5+ years of experience in leading the enterprise-grade components from banking and finance industry
7. Agile practitioner with fervor to transform the processes and team
8. Knowledge of banking products will be preferred
9. Strong interpersonal skills and work effectively with team members
10. Should be able to collaborate with people at various levels.
11. Analytical & functional acumen.
12. Business orientation.
13. Good verbal and written communication (ENGLISH).
14. BE/B.Tech or equivalent with intensive Software industry experience
