Chief Scrum Master (Ind) - AM Manager @ Sampoorna Consultants

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Progress tracking and coordination
oTrack the progress and blockers across tracks, i.e. from Requirements Definition to UX/UI, Development (includes bespoke development and core system customization), SIT, E2E testing, UAT, Release to PROD and defect fixing
oCoordinate the vendors to assess impact in case of exceptions
oFacilitate progress and alignment meetings on Data Migration, Infrastructure, Integration
oCoordinate release management, i.e. plan preparation, status meetings, communications
oReport on progress to internal and external stakeholders
Scrum facilitation
oFacilitate Scrum of Scrums, i.e. identify, document/log and facilitate removal of blockers and dependencies across delivery tracks and vendors
oOrganize and facilitate the scrum delivery, i.e. sprint planning (including ensuring the plans are aligned across tracks and vendors), standups, product demo, retrospective and backlog refinement
oGuide Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure the scrum delivery process is followed
JIRA backlog analysis
oAnalyze burn-down / progress trends (based on analysis of reports and JIRA backlog) to predict delays before they occur
oAnalyze the product and sprint backlog to ensure it is consistent, traceable and updated. Coordinate corrective actions with vendors, if required.
Skills Required:
Experience in PMO specific to software implementation. Understanding of SDLC
Experience in establishing the scrum delivery and facilitation of scrum ceremonies
Experience in backlog management using JIRA (preferable)
Experience with government clients in the UAE (preferable)
