The automation tester assigned to the project will be responsible to develop, maintain and execute automation service test cases using SoapUI.
Advance experience with service testing and automation. Ideally the person should know how to use SoapUI but if he/she have good experience with other automation tool then it is acceptable.
Candidate should be strong in Groovy scripting using SoapUI tool
The tester should also have knowledge about testing process even if his/her responsibility is automation. This includes aspects such as:
Test Case design and execution
oFunctional testing
oNon-functional testing
oExploratory testing
oRegression testing
oSmoke testing
oWhite box and black box testing
oWeb Application testing
Bug reporting and tracking/management
Service / backend testing
Advanced / Intermediate knowledge: SQL, No-SQL Databases like Cosmo & MongoDB
Understanding of Concepts and technologies like Git, branches, continues integration, etc.
Able to work without supervision / Proactive
