Taking independent charge of plant operations
Manpower distribution as per job required
Plant round including tankform ETP and drum filling station
Supervision of all activity like loading / unloading dispatch drum filling and manpower
Co ordinate with all department like maintenance electrical instrumentation and stores
Taking plan of production and filling as per requirement by management .
Maintain housekeeping in plant and other areas.
Maintaining documens like audit, production and housekeeping of plant
Manpower handling
All activities reporting to factory manager and unit head.
Participate in different Audits of plant
Improve plant performance in terms of PQCDMS
Trouble shouting on Safety and Quality parameters

We are looking candidate for  Surfactant manufacturing and sulphonation process
