This is regarding opening with a Startup NBFC as a VP Credit and Risk (SCF)

Designation: VP Credit and Risk- Supply chain Finance

Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Credit and Risk with Supply chain Financing experience.

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Job Role:

To initiatives in technology and process automation and improvement

To manage Risk Management function in the capacity of Vice President reporting into CRO

To manage various aspects of Risk management like operational risk, Market Risk and Credit Risk.

Will be responsible for portfolio monitoring of Medical Equipment and Supply chain Financing

Develop an efficient risk culture and discipline within company India which is conducive to cope up and open to challenge

Predicting tracking and raising triggers by following sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.

This involves managing a team of risk managers, to assess credit risk and suggest structures & solutions for mitigating identified risks in the proposals to be put up to sanctioning authorities.

Initiating any internal and external actions required to manage risks within defined levels at all times would also be required.

Participate in leadership discussions to bring in the Risk perspective to business operations, customer experience, partnerships, legal, technology, and new initiatives
