Senior Consultant - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Itelligence India

Job Responsibilities

• Create Projects/Solutions in ChaRM based on Project Pipeline and release timelines
• Assist with assigning landscape to the projects and Charm release package building
• Handling conflicts in charm working with Change and Release Manager/Development Leads
• Charm Import error handling
• Review test evidence attached to Charm documents before Approving changes to UAT/Production
• Coordinate release roll-up across the landscape based on release timelines
• Coordinate the timing for movement of approved change requests into the Production system with Project and basis teams.
• Clean up of change requests for performance improvement of documents import when required
• Set-up and configure CHARM for newer SAP applications that get added to the landscape
• Support testing related to SAP ChaRM / Service Now Integration to ensure bi-directional sync
• Perform Audit tasks and provide evidence on transport approvals and production migrations as needed to internal/external auditors

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 6-8 years of SAP Technical/Basis/Solution Manager experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end implementation of CHARM in Customer SAP landscapes
• Good understanding of all Solution Manager capabilities like Technical Monitoring, Focused Build, SLD/LMDB/Managed system configuration
