Job Description
One of our client which is into Real Estate Industry is looking for :
Manager Accounts.
Location : Navi Mumbai
Job Profile :
Noting & reviewing the day schedule as per instruction.
Spearheading the accounts team with handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to Finance and Accounts Dept. while ensuring adherence to statutory compliances.
Fulfilling accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
Overseeing the entire accounts & finance along with revenue functioning involving implementing systems as designed by Management policies & procedures to facilitate internal control towards the accomplishment of goals.
Monitoring the Accounts Dept. and reviewing the day-to-day entries.
Handling Internal Audit and Statutory Audits and Finalization of Accounts.
Meeting deadlines of Taxation including submission of returns.
Implementing systems & procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet, reconciliation statements & Financial statements.
Successfully monitor the requirement and optimum utilization of funds as per approved guidelines. Identifying Idle funds generated due to variance between Budgeted and Actual and effectively control funds required.
Negotiating / Liasioning with the banks & financial institutions for raising fund and non - fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital requirements.
Excercising strict budgetary controls over expenditure incurred and detailing the explanation of the expenditure variance reports and thus facilitate decision making process.
Preparing financial reports to determine the financial viability, projecting cash flow and growth opportunities while preparing projected financial statements.
Educational Qualification : B.Com, Post Graduate (will be preferred.)
Work Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10 Years work experience will be considered. He must have minimum 2 years experience in handling accounts of Real Estate Company.
Age Group : Between 35 to 45 Years.
Salary : Negotiable.
