Job Description:

Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in-store Brand visibility, and executing the company's policy & strategies.
Product launch & Selling should be key strength areas of the candidate.
The candidate should be able to do direct retail sales to Retailers.
To be able to search for New Distributors in their assigned areas. and develop a distribution network as per Company Policy.
Candidate with FMCG RETAIL SALES experience in Detergent industry, Soaps, Personal care product will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate/ MBA in Marketing (From a reputed University)
Working Experience: 3-5 years (as per job description)
Salary will be based on working experience (Best in the industry)
The candidate's residence distance should not be more than 5 to 8 km from the local office.
Should have good Geographical Knowledge of his local area.
Candidates with FMCG SALES experience in General Trade along with Distributors handling will be preferred.
