The primary duty is acquiring CASA and cross sales branch banking through self and through the

Team as well

To focus on target of business growth in account numbers and Value

Ensure marketing activity and sales drive initiatives with Team and BH.

Brand building and visits to Market places for new business generation.

Ensuring good funding in CASA with smooth transactions.

Maintaining, tracking and enhancing Business Development Officers productivity records .

High value account sourcing for branch value building.

Selling of cross sell products and other asset based products.
