Job Description
- Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager for DataApps team which focusses on property related data and various portals of the organization. Candidate with an ability to explore product initiatives, conduct research on the features, do comparison study of the competition and Strong communication. Understanding of general engineering technologies like Java, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, DB querying including AWS environment is a plus.
- Requires about 1 year or less exposure to commercial application product development cycles.
- Strong communicator with ability to convey the required features of the product to engineering teams.
- Key requirement is an ability to quickly learn, understand concepts and stay current with new and upcoming market events.
- Good understanding of user interface needs and ability to represent requirements visually.
- Good understanding on how data is managed and flows in a business environment with a keen eye to look for quality data.
- Ability to test and certify features developed in engineering against requirements as part of acceptance criteria.
- Ability to grasp product features from product team and break them into smaller executable items for engineering/development.
- Ability to voluntarily explore product features and setup discussion for improvements in the product.
- Ability to understand data structures, interpret them in business scenarios and query them for verification and debugging purpose is a big plus.
- Need to have excellent team orientation skills, Identifying and bringing key stake holders for a discussion is a skill which is valued.
- Should be a good listener who is highly motivated with a Go-Getter attitude needing least supervision to carry out tasks.
- Working knowledge on any cloud platform will be a plus.
- Must be proactive in approaching various teams like development, product, testing and support team as required.
- Should have the ability to set agenda for the meetings, ability speak to set the context and maneuver the meeting in right direction for getting the desired results.
