As part of CCoE team, the PMO will take part of:
Tracking ongoing cloud account requests and SLAs, handshake with customers to strengthen our relationship, contact customers for missing data, tracking customers satisfaction rates, survey customers.
Track timelines and interlocks on a task level and escalate in case of risks andor delays
Maintain cloud data in CMDB- establish processes (and ensure adherence to them) , working with all relevant parties and on-going tracking to ensure all CMDB KPIs are meeting their targets
Setting up , documenting and tracking interfaces I.E: IS, Windows, Network teams, in order to ensure items and priorities are aligned between teams and for the teams to communicate any risk or challenge.
Working with internal team and interfaces in case impediment is being delayed.
Uploading and maintaining knowledge content, identify needs for additional content and gather content from relevant sources.
Upgrading and maintaining policies domain in Portal
Ensuring all customers data is up to date
Ensure on-going adherence to cloud governance policies and promote improvement of governance KPIs.
