Deputy Manager/ Manager (Marketing) - HVAC @ arsan Engineers

Job Description

• Would be individually responsible for developing the market for HVAC and Clean Room projects for the company.
• Achieve yearly Sales Volume & Revenue Targets at the required Profitability Parameters decided by the Management.
• Recommend & Implement Business Development Plans.
• Take Corrective Actions where & when needed in matters of Sales & Marketing.
• Identify Clienteles Needs & Develop Customer Segments that meet Profitability & Risk Profiles set by the Management.
• Develop the Company Strategies for Marketing & Sales.
• Prepare Short & Medium-term Plans for Sales & Marketing to meet the given Company's Objective.
• Basic Knowledge of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning for commercial accommodations
• Basic knowledge of Clean Rooms with various Classifications for Pharma, Chemical and FMCG Projects.
• Basic understanding of Heat Load Calculation.
• Should have a good communication skill w.r.t speaking, reading and writing.
• Should be conversant with tendering process.
