Job Description

Engineering Manager

Responsible to lead the product engineering teams in developing enterprise Software productsRecruit fresh talent, including fullstack engineers and ramp up product development teamsGuide the team technically and perform architecture code reviews as necessary

Use agile SW engineering methods be accountable for delivering software releases with agility, predictability qualityDevelop the team and establish a culture of continuous learning and a high performance teamCoach and motivate team to create and protect IP in the form of patents, disclosures defensive publicationsEstablish metrics to measure quality, effectiveness and drive improvements

Qualifications:12+ years of application software development experience, at least 2 years in a Sr. Engineering

Management roleFull lifecycle experience developing, delivering maintaining enterprise software applicationsExperienced with Agile Software Development methodologies like Scrum and XP practices is mandatory Scaled Agile Framework familiarity is desiredProven results with continuous integration, continuous delivery DevOps, DevSecOps practicesBackground in developing cloud-native applications deployed using Docker Kubernetes, with ReSTful microservices using

Enterprise Java or .Net Core GoLangBroad technical experience with front end using Angular/ReactJS, mobile applications, middleware, enterprise message bus, NoSQL Relational DBs, Analytics ReportingExcellent written verbal communication skills in EnglishBachelors or Masters engineering degree in Computer Science or related#WAH
