Taking the concern ,complaints, doubts and queries of the customers and solving them.

Providing them the customer support through voice process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1)A candidate must know Tamil or Malayalam. He/she must be good in English.

2)A Candidate must have laptop/desktop with the minimum specification of 4gb RAM,

Windows 10,i3Processor and Broadband/Dongal with minimum 5 MBPS speed.

3)Good communication skills.

4)Comfortable with the night shift.
