Job Description
Position - Student Relation Executive (SRE)
Education - Graduates
Salary- 15k-25k
Location Thane
Experience - Fresher / Experienced
Weekly Off: Any one week day fixed between Monday to Friday (depending upon centre's requirement)
Timing (any one shift)
- Shift 1 - 8.45 AM To 5.15 PM
- Shift 2 - 12.00 AM To 8.30 PM
- Sunday - 9.30 AM To 6.00 PM
Job Description:
- Ability to achieve Target
- Ability to follow instructions and work with deadlines
- Willingness to work in shift & on weekends
- Team Player
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (proficiency of Ms Excel is a must)
- Ability to tackle students issues
- Responsible for operations processes and formalities at the centre.
- Process oriented / Ability to deliver good customer service
- Provide required information on courses.
- Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
- Helping students in Enrolment Procedure.
- Advise students on career choices.
- Mentor students through resolving queries and other problems.
- Responsible for upkeep of Data and centre aesthetics.
- Coordinating in smooth functioning of Centre.
