Job Description:

The candidate must have good experience in Marketing of IT Hardware & Solutions and experience between 3-5 years.
Candidate will be responsible for selling IT/Computers Hardware & Networking equipment.
Maintain relations and co-ordinate with leading OEM suppliers
Generating new Leads by doing market research. Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly. Responsible to close the orders.
HE/She must have worked in Hyderabad for at least 2 years & aware of the region.
The sales manager good relationship and good solution providers for their customers and technically qualified with all OEM products like HP,DELL,IBM,LENOVO,CISCO and etc..
Consistently Maintain and create Sales Lead pipeline. Understand and articulate the companys value proposition to the customers. Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies. To keep upraised with the vendor product & their certification.
Experience in influencing business stakeholders on software aspects to come to effective decisions.
Ability to establish and maintain strong internal/external relationships.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization, in an international setup.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Excellent and inspiring leadership and communication skills.
