Job Description
RPA Business AnalystJob description:
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner.
- 2+ years of experience of BA UiPath Implementation projects.
- Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks.
- Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design.
- Basic and High-Level knowledge of Orchestrator is a must
- Should be able to create the As-Is and To-Be Design and solutioning independently
- Hands-On experience and Certification of Automation Hub in UiPath is MANDATORY
- Certification in UiPath Business Analyst & Task Capture is MANDATORY
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with RPA Design leads to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
- Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
- Strong process oriented thinking, problem solving and solution oriented
- Experience in adapting to defined document templates and getting signoff from client on requirements.
- Gathering requirements on RPA point of view and integration parameters
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a large team
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments.
