What is the role purpose ?
As Analyst - Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the implementation phase for new client set-up, existing client upsells and will serve as the main point of contact for 3rd party API implementations and is responsible for the overall go-live phase of a project.
What you need to bring in?
Provide Implementation support until the partner Go-Live.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve 3rd party API Implementation developers issues.
Taking ownership of customer/api partner issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate Accelya internal teams.
What do you need to know?
Must have experience in providing technical support for application software.
Strong hands-on experience developing or supporting Web Services REST API, XML and JSON.
Hands on project experience with API Management toolsets such as Azure API Management, AWS, 3scale or similar, is essential for this role.
A good understanding of how data flows from a front-end application through APIs to many types destinations is required for this role.
Experience working with API Tools like SOAPUI, postman etc.
Well versed with agile methodologies Git-flow processes and source control.
Ability to multi-task in order to manage several on-going projects effectively.
