Requirement Name Android Automotive- JAVA, HMI, HVAC
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with global HMI product development team
- Design and develop embedded HMI applications on Android Automotive platform
- Analyse customer and internal requirements and specifications and translates these into software designs
- Ensure stability of platform and optimization
- Deliver features in scope, time and quality
- Be active member of core team responsible for setting up SW development standards and processes including development tool chain and test strategies
- Drive internal design and code reviews
- Mentor other developers in the team
Technical Expertise:
- Overall 3+ years of experience in embedded software development using agile methods
- Excellent embedded Linux Programming (C++) skills
- Experience in embedded systems
- Experience in networking and wireless sub-systems
- Knowledge in IPC, async communication, threading
- Know-how in version control and CI/CD
- Familiar with design patterns and testing
Nice to have :
- Experience with open-source-software, scripting and CMake is a strong plus
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (UDS, DoIP)
- Experience with SOME/IP
- Experience with AUTOSAR
- Experience with Yocto
- Experience with QNX
- Hardware relegated knowledge
Personal skills :
- Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
