Java Back-End Software Development Engineer @ Baker Hughes

As a Java Back-End Software Development Engineer, you will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

As a Java Back-End Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintenance of components, systems and their networks

• Analyzing user needs to design and code. Also, Program all applications, components and interfaces using Java, Javascript

• Working closely with the business unit to ensure application development meets product specification requirements

• Working closely with other engineering teams, partners and vendors to ensure inter-operability and reuse

• Designing, implementing and testing software, ensuring quality specifications are met. Also, Participating in design and code reviews

• Shaping performance and reliability enhancements. Also, have close interaction with customers to build requirements and customer satisfaction
