Project Manager - Mumbai - Calypso Technology

What you will be doing

• Overseeing multiple projects and act as a coordinator

• Transversal coordination of the team, preserving the commitments with the client in time and scope

• Present and highlight the potential impact and remediation plan of the program to senior management on a regular basis.

• Defend our long-term transformation goals and implement practical processes to achieve them.

• Engage and work with development teams to understand the technical solution and make informed decisions.

• Work in multidisciplinary teams, lead the collaborative planning process, prioritize the work to be done against the capacity and capacity of the team.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale IT projects or business transformation projects.

• A strong change agent who can take people on a journey and communicate strategy and benefits to the overall business, ability to interact with C-Suite

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.

• Proven experience working with infrastructure and cross-functional technical teams.

• Agile / scaled leadership, peer and team coaching to realize their potential

• Previous experience in budget responsibility to forecast and manage project costs.

• Exposure to buy or sell side negotiation technologies, ideally through the expertise of a supplier, consultancy or bank / fund

• Previous experience working on cloud and cloud migration projects, including DevOps enhancement features

• Experience in delivering critical business projects with tight deadlines

• Exposure to AWS, Oracle Cloud or Azure from the point of view of business management (Cloud Practitioner) or any other role would be advantageous
