Project Manager III - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Varite

• Ability to drive projects in Agile ScrumBan as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Coach and be role model for ScrumBan implementation across organization.
• Be the interface between team and external stakeholders (product marketing, experience design, documentation, technical operations, legal, branding, customer support, field enablement etc.) and coordinate all legal, security, privacy clearances.
• Facilitate sprint planning, run day to day scrum, maintain backlog.
• Requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Serve as single point contact for all owned projects and initiatives
• Work with partners to create and execute against project plans
• Clarify and confirm roles and responsibilities on projects, and drive accountability and transparency in execution
• Establish communication plans and report regularly on project status and progress to key stakeholders and management
• Manage change and risk to project scope and schedule
• Contribute to operational best practices by formalizing and/or improving processes and standards

What you need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management and in Agile methodology.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Expert in XD practices.
• Experience working with web projects will be an advantage
• Demonstrated success by delivering projects/programs on scope, schedule, cost and quality using Agile Scrumban or Agile Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels and from various disciplines
• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Reasonable technical background with an understanding of product development, engineering principles and practices.
• Basic analytical skills, including the ability to perform light data analysis
