Name of Posts Junior Research Assistant Number of posts 01 Name of the Research Project Identification and screening of essential oil from unexplored Indian traditional medicinal plants and their synergistic activity with antibiotics to overcome antibiotic resistance in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Name of sponsoring agency Council of Science and Technology, Department of S&T, UP Duration of the position 03 years Fellowship/Monthly compensation Rs.20,000/- pm for the first two years Rs.22,000/-pm for third year Qualifications M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology , Life science with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent (CGPA) from recognized University Candidates have prior experience in microbiological techniques will be given preference.
