Job Description

Requirements:

  • One to two years of experience in the relevant area of sales for Canada immgration processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
  • Interpersonal skills and ease at meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Ability to contact clients, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative and just solutions that address clients needs and concerns
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and talking to clients, assisting them through the process.
  • Analyze and Prepare necessary reports in order to check the eligibility and skills of the client.
  • Liaise between Client and RCIC/Immigration Lawyer through the Core legal team as per the profiles.
  • Demonstrate advanced process knowledge through the training and on the task at hand.
  • Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures.
  • Make business calls and consult over the call as per the inquiry forms filled by clients.
  • Schedule consulting and meeting with clients as required.
  • Describe the process and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs.
  • Recommend and suggest services for clients based on their individual needs.
  • Maintain good networking with clients and follow up with clients to make sure requirements are met.
  • Maintain the client database on the CRM.
  • Stay up to date with the market, immigration news.
  • Explore new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Business Development: Discovers and executes how to market to new leads
  • Make the consulting more appealing to consumers based on the current trends and their profiles.
  • Develop new sales strategies.
  • Trains other business consultants on how to make sales to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge.
  • Patient and Time-Oriented, Friendly, Strong sales pitch, Product/Process Knowledge, People Person, Exemplary Written and Verbal Communication
