Hiring forTeam Leader(Handling Voice Sales Process Team/call monitoring/Team Management) profile in yes bank Airoli Navi Mumbai location
Qualification : Graduation/PG
Salary :between 15K to 22K
Payroll : Third Party Payroll (Plada Infotech)
Experience : 1 to 3 yrs (Insurance Background, Mutual Fund Background, Banking Background only)
Duties and Responsibilities
a.Responsible for identification, selection and recruitment of Agents for CASA VRM
b.Training of team for Product , Process, Operations, Sales know how and driving brand awareness through communication of Yes Bank brand ,philosophy, identity and standards for representation
c.Call Quality Management agent certification, ongoing training on product, process, regulatory awareness, calls monitoring, voice of customer and calibration session meeting quality guidelines of the Bank.
d.Managing Team to meet KPI, business volumes - by improving contact ratio, activation level, lead conversion & campaign execution for revenue generation
e.Data management Collating & Executing Data campaigns , liaising with BI & sequencing out calling function
f.Customer Query and Complaint resolution: resolve queries and complaints of customers & coordinate with service and operations team.
g.Capture Customer feedback and suggest areas of change to business& product team
h.Responsible for cross sell of bank/third party products introduced and meeting business objectives
i.Run reports, MIS and analysis on Team and Agent performance on business and quality parameters , cross sale and revue generated
