The Job:
As a senior software Engineer You will be an independent contributor for the project and also act as a SCRUM MASTER of the team that builds company's digitalization platform and with that team be responsible for building and operating the service.
Following will be the main responsibilities:
Job responsibilities
Be an Independent technical contributor for the project- Working as an Embedded software development -C, Cloud Application or in Mobile application development.
Coordinate and manage scrum team by diligently applying scrum principles and Practices.
Focus on resolving impediments and facilitate the team for better co ordination and improve the efficiency of the team.
Own and drive backlog refinement and management, prioritize user stories, create acceptance criteria that results in company's core business outcomes being met.
Work closely with Product owner to develop and maintain the product backlog and strategy.
Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 13,00,000 PA.
