Job Description

EMOLUMENTS : ATTRACTIVE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE,
COMPARABLE TO PRESENT DAY STANDARDS, NOT A CONSTRAINING FACTOR FOR AN EXPERIENCED PERSON CAPABLE OF MEETING COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
Experience : MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF WHICH 3 YEARS SHOULD
BE WORKING WITH SENIOR EXECUTIVES/ DIRECTORS PREFERABLY OF A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(i) Keep Custody of all files and records of the Directors office.
(ii) Check e-mails and correspondence of the Director
(iii) Prepare/develop various MIS as per the requirement of the Director
(iv) Attend meetings, prepare minutes thereof and follow up actions thereon.
(v) Taking dictations in SHORTHAND as and when required.
(vi) Coordinate with higher level executives on various jobs, collection of MIS, compilation of data, etc.
(vii) Prepare itinerary and travel plans of Directors including booking of tickets, hotels, etc.
(viii) Ensure systematic upkeep of Directors Office
(ix) Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS A PERSON WHO CAN MANAGE THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR WITH CONFIDENCE, POSSESSES PLEASING MANNERS, ADAPTABLE IN NATURE, CAN MIX WITH PEOPLE, AND HAVE GOOD ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION ABILITIES.
