Job Description
Role-1: Inward materials ManagementTo ensure all the inward materials are verified validated as per quantity in the invoice.
To help facilitate with GRN executive for all the inward materials to generate AP in SAP.
To be responsible for unloading and stocking materials with zero breakage.
Role-2: Outward Management
To arrange all the materials from stores as per the DN to pick and dispatch from warehouse to supply customer on time.
To ensure quality executive check the quality before sending materials for dispatch.
To ensure test certificates given along with materials for the required selective materials while dispatch.
Role-3: Store hygiene, safety, security & maintenance.
To organize & arrange materials one item at one location for feasibility, visibility and easy to locate to unload and upload.
To maintain store hygiene, and responsible security and safety of overall stores.
To be responsible for proper racking system to stock the materials.
To ensure zero accidents to life, property and company assets.
