Role: Recruiter + Coordinator

Location: Prabhadevi (Currently work from home)

Role Type: Contract for 6 - 8 months

Job Description / Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment experience within the IT/Non -IT domain
Should have good experience in Vendor Management
Good experience in Negotiations

Requirements:

Experience in BFSI recruitment
Graduate with 5+ yrs of work experience
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
A willingness towork long hours
